HSE Quality

Safety is an Attitude / Safety is a Value

Health & Safety is fundamental to all business and industry where there is worker involvement. Leadership in this area is a daily requirement and continues to be an ongoing challenge. We at Gama, workers, supervisors, managers and business owners consider worker health and safety as part of the long term business plan and operating strategies.

The concept that safety is a value can simply be viewed as an ethic that guides the way an individual views safety. At our company, it means that safety is not simply viewed as a top priority on par with productivity or operation rather it is an ethic that guides everything employees do.

Many facilities have gone some time without any injury incidents, so we at Gama believe that if it is possible to achieve Zero incident for some time, one can argue that it is possible to achieve this level of performance all the time.

Safety is our top priority because lives depend on it. We passionately care about the safety of our people and behave as safety leaders. We are committed to preventing injuries and ill health to our people and everyone we work with. We provide our people with the training, knowledge and tools to work safely and prevent accidents. We are focused on assuring the safety of everything we design, construct, operate and maintain.

As We expands our presence in different parts of the market, we conducted our operations in a manner that recognizes the diversity of cultures and customs we encounter and to be a responsible corporate citizen. The Safety and Health of our workforce and our Environment Stewardship are just as important to our success as Operational and Financial Performance, Government Relations, Ethical Behavior, Corporate Reputation, Social Responsibility, Customer Focus and Employee Involvement and Commitment.

We strived to make our facilities safer and better places in which to work and our attention to detail and focus on HSE will ensure high standards of performance. We are committed to a process of continuous improvement in all we do and to the adoption of international and national industry standards and codes wherever practical. Our efforts in the areas of HSE will be directed by the following principles:
